All service providers in the industry have been guided by NCAA to set up their own Customer Affairs Unit (CAU). Dissatisfied customers are advised to direct their complaints FIRST to the appropriate service provider’s CAU before forwarding same to NCAA’s CONSUMER PROTECTION when not satisfied.

NON-PUNITIVE VOLUNTARY INCIDENT REPORTING SYSTEM is the non-punitive, voluntary reporting system established by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) in compliance with NIG.CARS 20.4.1.2 that allows for the submission of information related to observed hazards or inadvertent errors without an associated legal or administrative requirement to do so.
