The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) conducts a two-day induction and training program for staff members employed between 2022 and 2024.
The event started today, 15th September 2025, at Mayfair Hall, Otunba Jobifele Way, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
The Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Capt. Chris Najomo, in his welcome address, assured the inductees that they are joining not only an organization but also a family of dedicated professionals committed to ensuring safety, security, economic growth, and the orderly development of civil aviation in Nigeria.
Capt. Najomo reaffirmed management’s commitment to the welfare and professional development of its workforce. He further encouraged the new staff to embrace teamwork, respect diversity, and contribute positively to the culture of collaboration and excellence being fostered within the Authority.
While addressing the inductees, the Director of Human Resources and Administration, Dr. (Mrs.) Anastasia Gbem, also the team lead, congratulated the inductees and stressed the need to understand the professional standards, work ethics, and organizational culture that define the NCAA.
Importantly, she stated that the program is designed to acquaint the inductees with the CAA’s mission, vision, and values and how their role contributes to the safety, efficiency, and excellence of the Authority.
