The Director-General, Civil Aviation (DGCA), Capt. Chris Najomo, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Authority’s Corporate Headquarters in Abuja, presented an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) to Blue Dolphin Aviation Limited to commence non-scheduled flight operations.
While congratulating Blue Dolphin Aviation Limited on meeting all necessary technical, operational and safety requirements, the DGCA urged the newly licensed operator to remain consistent in upholding the standards required to sustain the certification.
He, however, assured that the Authority will intensify surveillance and monitoring of all certified operators to ensure full compliance with safety regulations, and uphold industry credibility.
