NCAA Holds Awareness on Unruly Passenger's Behavior. image

The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) on 29th August 2025 carried out a Consumer Protection awareness campaign on unruly passenger behavior at the domestic and international wings of the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja.

The exercise was led by the General Manager, Consumer Protection, Mrs. Ikwo Uloh, and the General Manager, Business Education & Awareness, Mrs. Pero Sylvia. They stressed the importance of passenger safety and compliance with crew instructions to ensure smooth and safe flight operations.

Flyers and QR codes were distributed to passengers, who were also guided on how to file formal complaints using the QR codes or the official Consumer Protection email.
