Pursuant to Article [number] of the Civil Aviation Law, the Minister is responsible for the regulation and supervision of all aeronautical matters within Nigeria. Pursuant to Part 10 of the Nigerian Civil Aviation Regulations (Nig. CARs)], the NCAA has determined that all foreign aircraft operated in air transport operations within Nigeria shall be operated and maintained in accordance with ICAO Standards, as well as the terms of an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) and associated Operations Specifications issued by the State of the Operator.
