This Regulation is applicable to the provision of Aeronautical Information Services. The requirements herein are in line with the provisions of the Civil Aviation Act, 2022 and for standardized operational procedures, equipment and infrastructure, including safety, quality management system, personnel competency and training in conformity with Standard and Recommended Practices (SARPs) contained in the Annexes to the Chicago Convention as stated in the Introduction in 14.0.
