This Regulation is applicable to the provision of Aeronautical Charts The requirements herein are in line with the provisions of the Civil Aviation Act, 2022 and for standardized operational procedures, equipment and infrastructure including safety, quality management system, personnel competency and training in conformity with Standard and Recommended Practices (SARPs) contained in the Annex 4 to the Chicago Convention and relevant documents as contained in Introduction in 14.0.
