The NCAA Regulations Committee (RC) held a working retreat in Ijebu Ode from 16th to 28th January 2023 to review the draft regulations (Nig. CARs 2023) by the Rule Working Groups (RWG). The Notice of Proposed Amendment (NPA) to the Nigeria Civil Aviation Regulations 2015 was published on the NCAA website on the 12th of February 2023. A 30-day consultation period was given, effective from 12th of February 2023. The deadline for submission of comments to the NCAA was 14th of March 2023.The DGCA extended this date ll the end of March,2023. The comments received within the timeline and in the prescribed format were documented in the CRD and responded to by the NCAA at the Stakeholders’ Consultation hybrid sessions held from 4th to 6th April 2023. Comments received at the stakeholders’ consultation and those received after the consultation have all been reviewed and responded to by the NCAA.
