Ms. Uloh Ikwo
Uloh Ikwo was born on the 5th November, 1965 in the ancient city of Port Harcourt, Rivers State. She is an indigene of Akwa Ibom State.
She completed her primary education in 1975 at Port Harcourt Primary School. She also attended the Federal Government College, Port Harcourt between 1975 to 1980 for her secondary education. She later proceeded to the School of Arts & Science, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State from 1982 to 1984 for her Higher School Certificate (HSC).
Her quest for knowledge made her proceed to the University of Maiduguri in 1984 where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language.
In 1988, young Uloh was mobilized to serve in Kaduna State for her mandatory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). Thereafter, she worked in the private sector until 2000.
She joined the Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority on Grade Level 12 as Secretary to the Director General in April, 2000 where she rose through the ranks up to becoming the General Manager, Consumer Protection Department of the NCAA.
Ms. Ikwo Uloh is a consummate professional and astute administrator who is customer-centric.
She has carved a niche for herself in the management of both human and material resources.
She is a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Public Diplomacy & Management (CIPDM) and Member Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).
