Mrs. Ojochide Emina

Mrs. Ojochide Emina is the current General Manager (Human Resources) at Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA). She is a proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and management skills. Her expertise covered areas in administration and human resources management with over 20 years of experience.

Mrs. Ojochide Emina's career history began from defunct Republic Bank Limited where she served as Customer Relations Officer before joining Orbital Computer Services Limited as Marketing Executive. 

Her educational journey started at St. Anne’s Secondary School, Otukpo, Benue State in 1986 before proceeding to University of Jos where she bagged Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Theatre Arts,1991. Between 1998 and 2011, she later attended the University of Lagos and London South Bank University, UK for her Master’s Degrees in International Law & Diplomacy and International Human Resources respectively. 

In 2002, she joined services of the NCAA as Principal Admin Officer where she rose through the ranks to the position of General Manager (Human Resources) in January 2023;that position she occupies till date.  

Her professional association membership includes Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

In the course of sterling career, Mrs. Ojochide Emina has attended several courses/workshops/conferences too numerous to mention both in Nigeria and overseas. They include Women in Management and Leadership Conference NIM, Lagos; Public Sector Ethics & Accountable Service Delivery Centre for Economic Reforms Initiative, Abuja; Policy Strategy and Leadership Course NIPPS, Kuru; Public Policy Analysis & Implementation IDL, UK; Leadership and Change GTC, London; Managing the Training Function Nelspruit, South Africa; Human Resources Management IATA, Singapore; and Management of Aviation Quality & Services, IATA, Geneva. 

One of the special assignments she has served was being a member, Committee on HIV AIDS.
