Mr.Akoja Okplefu

Mr Akoja Okplefu is the General Manager Aviation Security Department under the Director General in the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA). He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from the University of Jos, Plateau State in the year 1990.

Mr.Akoja Okplefu started his career in the Aviation Regulatory Authority as a Safety Officer before moving over to the Aviation Security department as an Aviation Security Inspector. In the course of his career, he has successfully attended ICAO and IATA courses including; Airport Operations Course, Procedure Designs (PANS OPS), National Auditors/Inspectors course, Aviation Security Instructors course, Professional Aviation Security Management course and ICAO Universal Security Audit Programme.

He is presently an ICAO certified USAP CMA Auditor as well as an Aviation Security Professional Manager.
